36 TEN at Dental Arts Plaza
A modern multi-tenant office and medical-dental building anchored by a sculptural blue entry tower, gray lap siding, and a custom “36 TEN” identity. JJ's Construction delivered the exterior package — facade, aluminum storefront glazing, the curved entry monument with dimensional signage, and drought-tolerant landscaping — taking the building from a scaffold-wrapped shell to a clean, contemporary finished result.

During constructionMediterranean Tower Entrance Building
A ground-up commercial building in a Mediterranean style, anchored by a corner tower, an arched wood-and-glass entry, and a blend of stacked-stone veneer and smooth stucco beneath a clay-tile roof. The set traces the build from weather-barrier framing and staged roof tile through to the finished, fully detailed exterior.

A community-scale aquatic facility built out by JJ's Construction — including the swimming pool, surrounding concrete deck, stainless handrails and ladders, lane markings, and a bank of fiberglass water slides. The set captures both the finished pool and the larger complex taking shape during construction.

JJ's Construction delivers finished worship and community buildings — from a white board-and-batten church with a classic steeple to a smooth-stucco chapel finished with a custom framed ceramic-tile mural and cross detail. The work spans clean exterior delivery and the refined craftsmanship that gives these gathering spaces their character.
